Please take note of the following STEPS and REMINDERS:

  1. Select "Request Appointment" button. Carefully review all fields in the online form and provide complete and accurate information.
  2. After successfully requesting for an appointment, you will receive an email containing the details for your payment.
  3. After payment has been acknowledged, you will receive an automated email and text message from ARBacal containing the schedule and other details.
  4. All consultations will be done face-to-face in the clinic. Virtual consultation through zoom is subject to Dr. Bacal's discretion and availability.
  5. Should you wish to know any updates on your appointment, you can check on the status by clicking on VIEW APPOINTMENT DETAILS button.


REMINDERS:

  • Preferred appointment date may or may not be the actual consultation schedule. This will depend on the doctor's availability.
  • Appointments booked online are valid only for the scheduled date and time.
  • One Appointment Reference Number (ARN) is good for one patient only.
  • All patients by appointment only. NO walk-in patient will be entertained at the clinic without going through the online appointment system.
  • All payments must be made through GCash or bank transfer.
  • Only ARNs with full payment will be scheduled.
  • Please ensure that the email address and mobile number you submit are valid and active. Instructions regarding the teleconsultation will be sent there.
