Do I need to download the zoom application?
Zoom a few months ago told us to just click the link on the received email and no need to download Zoom app since it can be played right away in chrome or microsoft browser. However, through experience, it's best that you download the Zoom App and avoid unnecessary delays.
How do I pay for the consultation?
Gcash is the best payment option we think. It limits the need to handle money and transmit the virus present on paper bills.
If we do not have Gcash , can we pay using other means like other "pera padala" or bank to bank transfers?
Gcash is a free app. you will discover that money transfers from bank to Gcash and Pera padala to Gcash and even pay bills (water and electric) can be done through it. Kindly look at the different services provided by Gcash through their webpage. 7/11 convenient stores even provide money transfers to Gcash without a fee. Just picture the receipt and send to secretariat.arbacal@gmail.com. Kindly include the Appointment Reference Number (ARN) and patient's name for easy tagging.
Is it possible to see the doctor personally and go away with the telemedicine?
Due to the current covid pandemic, we as much as possible would like to limit spread of viruses in crowded places like the clinic. We are sorry but we discourage you from consulting by walking directly into the clinic. We will go back to the old system once this pandemic is controlled.
This telemedicine also provides:
- Ease in queueing for your turn (If you are asked to see the doctor after telemedicine).
- Be reminded of your telemedicine consult time or the personal face to face consult through automated email and texts.
Can I use health insurance in paying?
Yes but not yet. We will be accepting health insurance soon but currently it’s still waiting for approval.
I did not receive an email after submitting my request for appointment. What should I do?
Look for the email in spam or junk or promotional section. To avoid this from happening, add secretariat.arbacal@gmail.com as a contact in your email.
What will I do if everything fails to connect?
